I was very happy with the one on one Help with Carlos Villamore. He was excellent answering all my questions and explaining everything very clearly to me I’m 75 years old and not real tech savvy so he was very patient and helped me through how to get connected to the call and never lost his patience with me and my questions thank you Carlos.

Let the hearing specialist they offer do their job

Just trying them out for the first time today. (I am a seasoned hearing aid user) Definitely accept the help from the hearing specialists they offer. I was wary of the sound last night when they arrived, and with the adjustments he helped me to make, I'm feeling much more hopeful about the sound now.
