Jordan was excellent. I bought this about 2-3 weeks ago, and I did not have time to wear them, only today, . With Jordan help I think they will work out for me

I could not use the hearing aid due to the fact I do not have a phone compatible with the aid. Not a very tech person! Aid probably is very good!

This is the fifth set of hearing aids I've purchased, third set from Audien. Al was just great, he helped me with all the problems I was having. Please tell Al I was able to fix the incoming phone ring.
