Vince was very comforting, and encouraging. I thought my aids were fully charged. Because they were not, I was not able to prove their effectiveness. They are on the charger now. I hope they work.

Maintenance Costs involved - be prepared

This was my first time buying hearing aids to address diminished hearing in one ear. When I received it and started reading the maintenance instructions, I realized that maintaining peak performance of the hearing aids would require daily and weekly cleaning and/or replacing of accessories, as well as purchasing monthly maintenance kits. This was more than I was ready to commit to in order to hear better. My expectation was simply to recharge and periodically clean device.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple to use

I've been using the Atom X for about a week and a half and have noticed I'm catching much more of the conversation I'd been missing out on. The product is easy to use and adjust; with controls that feel are familiar and similar to many wireless earbuds, and the support has been excellent. This is a good product at a very reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very nice product, howeverMy husband’s having trouble in crowds at dinner at parties hearing conversation so we thought we’d try these, but they’re not working for him
