Pretty Good

Bought these about 3 weeks ago and there are good and bad. The good is that they do everything the say they will. This is my first time wearing hearing aids so I have a lot of adjusting to do. The different modes are great and being able to change on the fly is very nice. The bad, the bluetooth doesn't work well. Lots of stability and connecting issues. Told they are working on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once reaching a support agent, the support haa been very good. There is an issue with the screening portion to reach an agent. I find it difficult to communicate with the service and get the attention I need.

I like the product. Size, fit and performance are without issues. I was very pleased with competent and amicable Audien Audiologist assistance in answering the few questions (volume, modes) that I had.
