Good hearing aid

I bought this about a week ago and the right one worked great, but the left one kept shutting off. Vena Jenady Francisco helped me get a new one. I like the Atom X

I've been wearing the Atom One for 4 full days. Had a video connection with Drey Cueyao, today, Wed Dec 10, 2025. Drey was very helpful in explaining the difference in volume & frequency and to make the proper adjustments. I am still in the begining stages of using these hearing aids, so this review may be a bit too soon. Drey was a very good instructor for this product.

The Atom X is a very nice and well designed hearing aide. The audio through the bluetooth mode is not very good for listening to music though.

I had Vince to guide me through the steps that I really needed to know. He did an excellent job of explaining and clarifying what needs to be done to make sure that I can use and take care of my new hearing aids.
