Audien needs to make silicon ears buds for Atom X for those who have sensitive skin. I was able to get silicone ear buds for my past hearing aides. It was nice of Jordan to send eardrops that might help irritations.

Remote trouble shooting my Ion Pros

I was having some problems with my Audien Ion Pros, and the feedback from my help video did the trick. I had a blocked wax guard and changing it made all the difference.
