I have used my hearing aids for 5 days and I'm learning as I go along. I am looking forward to utilizing my hearing aids in a crowd setting as that presents the greatest challenge for my hearing.

My first inside the ear hearing aids. Very comfortable and works well. Rokku was great with the onboarding and answered all my questions

Rokka did an excellent job of explaining how my new Pro2 hearing aids work. She was very easy to understand and patient. Being a first-time user, I didn’t know how to adjust the device. She also explained about the adjustment period. Very friendly. Good job all around.
