The service tech was immediately available to take my call. He walked me thru the process to reboot my phone to activate the Bluetooth option for my atom x hearing aids. Thanks

My review addresses the support provided by Allan regarding my return. I decided to return the hearing aids in the original package because I decided to continue wearing the ones I already have. Allan asked me to try them for a comparison to my hearing aids. I decided to not try this as the package is undisturbed.
