I bought this item less than a week ago for my husband and it will not hold a charge. He is pleased with the way that he can hear with it but not with how long the hearing aids ho.ld the charge

Seem like they need more development.

I like the fit and comfort of these hearing aids. The ability to adjust the sound levels is great. Unfortunately the are not reliable. Individual sides would shut off, modes would change( conversation to Tv), Bluetooth would shut off. They became a daily nuisance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
