Nothing escapes issues

Had problems with the new Atom X aids, needed to return them after several attempts to correct issues.
Rowell was very helpful and we opted to go back to the Atom Pro 2 aids and hope we'll be as happy with them as we were before.

Helpful and patient help desk

My audien hearing aids had a persistent whistling noise that i couldn't resolve. Called Audien help desk and with Kathryn's help and extraordinary patience solved the issue. I am now totally satisfied with the Audien hearing aids.

Great hearing aides

We spoke to Rokka today and she walked us through the start up of the new hearing aids for my husband. He is so happy now that he can hear well. I am so happy that I don’t have to repeat everything anymore. A great product and a great price
