Easy return for replacement

Used about one week. One hearing aid battery life problem. Charging in case high frequency noise requires adjusting position of both devices. Feedback LOUD in ear(s)

These OTC hearing aids would be for the first time wearers. If you have worn individually programmed hearing aids, you most likely will not have a good experience with these. However, I did fine the fit good and great for at home use. Not good for noisy environments.

I haven't found right size or volume adjustment,

I did not use these aides out of the box. It would be helpful to have a video content available, when the aides came, I examined and became familiar with the contents, but got high-pitched feedback. I still have to have some time with exploring the cleaning kit. I am 95, so had some difficulty removing and replacing the receiver cover. It would be helpful if the different sizes would be color-coded. Difficult determing different sizes. Difficulty hearing audiologist, as I am currently using aids I purchased several years ago. I intend to use yours as a back-up to failure. Audio help was kind and patient.
