Hearing aids do not hold charge. I charged them overnight.

I'm a new user and have worn prescription hearing aids for around 10 years.
Al was super helpful in teaching me about my Audien hearing aids and setting me up for success. I feel much better after having my call with him.
He listened to all my questions and experiences with hearing aids and answered my questions with clarity and understanding.

Productive video encounter

Jourdan Rosero was extremely helpful and very patient and helpful during our video encounter earlier today. I thought I had my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids figured out, but Jourdan had me make a few changes and now I no longer sound like I am walking through a tunnel and no more feedback.
I would recommend this to a friend!
