I bought this about three weeks ago, and I have used it for two days so my review is very limited. it was very easy to set-up and I'm getting the sound set up and clear so fare I like it.

My 98 year old mother can hear again

I bought this hearing aid for my mother because she lost hearing in her left ear. The Atom2 arrived last week and my mother started using it right away. The documentation was easy to follow as were the controls on the device. Jourdan met with us today and reviewed all the features of our device including how to maintain it.

I have upgraded from Atom Pro to Atom X. Having problems with the aids staying on. Called Audian and they tried different fixes ended up exchanging for new set. Darrell was very professional and easy to follow his instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Talking to the help guy, I couldn't understand him very well because of his accent.
The hearing aids themselves are good. They are somewhat bulky and somewhat visible. Over all i pretty satisfied with the product. I love the volume control fearure.
