Glad I finally asked for help

Am in denial (although tests said (and my husband agrrees) that I do not hear well. Purchased almost a month ago and just finally scheduled help from you (Jasmine). She was very patient and we went through the use. Will faithfully use for the next few weeks and hope I hear better
