The first man I spoke with hung up in my face. The second gentleman was professional, courteous, and truly cared about my problem. He should be commended for a job well done. The first man I got on the phone should be fired.

I would recommend buying the higher priced units to use with your phone as the lower price units do not.

Husband complained about pain and drops are on the way. He told my husband the same things I read from the book. I have noticed he turns tv down. I am the one who ordered this, but he is willing to try.
