One week ...and learning

I just received my Audien Atom X last week and spoke with Tyl this morning, going through all the initial settihgs and problems I might have since this is my first experience with hearing aids. Ty was very patient, thoughtful and understanding and gave me confidence I could overcome my problems of inserting and feedback! I appreciate her patience and am grateful to know I can contact her with any questions or problems I might have. I'm new to this, but am happy I made this decision to improve my understanding and hearing quality.

I am so glad I purchased my Audien Atom X hearing aids. The video appointment with the audiologist was very informative and helpful. All my questions were answered with patience and kindness. This is a new experience for me. I am happy I do not have to say “what” all the time and, I’m sure my wife is too. Thank you.
