Rachell was so helpful and so gracious!

My mother in law (Ofelia) was having some trouble with her hearing aids so we called Support and spoke with Rachell. I explained that neither hearing aid was working, and she walked me through a couple of trouble shooting steps that did not help. Then it occurred to me that it might be best for Ofelia to speak with Rachell.
I recognized that Rachell had a slight Filipina accent and asked if she minded speaking with Ofelia directly, in Tagalog. She was very gracious and said she would be happy to. They spoke for a few minutes and determined that it would be best to send the hearing aids back to Audien for a replacement set.

Problem Solved!

Audien kept sending me emails that I did not buy protection for new hearing aids. I was nearly positive that I did but continued to get emails. Checked my credit card and sure enough I had purchased the protection. I finally returned an email asking Audien to please check. That was what Jeremy's call was about. I was good to go!

Good Service from Rachell

This review is regarding the return process. I submitted via their website several requests to return the aids. Reason for return was that they were far too large for my wife's ear canals. I was finally contacted by phone today and after discusing the situation with Rachell she sent me a return label. I did apprecaite the excellent service she provided. My wif'e comments regarding the sound from the aids is that they were really great sounding and very clear; however, they were too big for her ear canals!
