Al was just terrific! His exploration of the whole process was clear, concise, and obviously was evidence of his knowledge and concern for my comfort. He is a terrific ambassador for your organization. (He showed me how to order accessories. He was also very thorough in explaining how to handle any issues that could arise.
I am wearing the hearing aids now and I’m very confident and comfortable with them. Thank you, Al.

I bought this a month ago and was happy until I could not hear the conversations! The type of hearing loss I have this did not complete help!
I look forward to keeping a close eye on the new hearing aids in the future that it will help me! Product is great just not for me

I can tell already, having had them a little over a week, that they are much better than a previous OTC pair from another company. However, since I have talked to your rep AL I am super excited that they will be great!

Bought these couple weeks back and was hopeful they would get me clarity in conversations that I had been lacking. Having had hearing aids in the past I was looking forward and hopeful I could sit with family and hear conversations . I ve had some issues with them so far. Left keeps falling out of ear no matter what I do and almost lost it twice. Outside in the windy conditions there is still whistling . I will give them the 4 weeks suggested to get use to them and I hope they work.
