Not for my needs.

The agent who helped. Joy, was very professional. The hearing aids just were not fitted well and did not help with my hearing difficulties.

The hearing aids were for a friend who is strapped for money. I can't invest more money on her part. I thank you for all your help. I wish these would have worked for her. Her ear canals are just really small.

Better explanation of product!!

The person that helped me was very good and professional. You need a better explanation of how to use your product. Still not sure I want to keep these. I will try again to under stand how to lower and raise the volume. Mr. Perry
