this tablet lives to what it says it does long battery life yes the battery lasts me all day and i watch movies with my kids on it and also the sound loud but not muddy this is such a awesome product and also for a well price i recommend this tablet for families and also gets school work done as well. totally worth the price you pay.

I love the big screen to watch movies and TV. A little heavy to hold because i have medical issues but can put it on a special pillow to hold for me. I give it 5 stars. Thank you!

I am in the process of trying to simply setup a number of these tablets for my company to use for beta testing some applications. In order to even start the setup, you must agree to three (3) different agreements: 1) Terms of Use; 2) Privacy Policy; and 3) "Sending of Diagnostic Data". However, there is no option to send the agreement to an email address or some such, and since the tablet is not setup, I cannot take a screen shot. This is simply bad policy. When making me agree to a hardware agreement, I should be able to get a copy of the agreement I am agreeing to.

It was broken 2 times with same issue for 6 months.
The screen was black out, no button were working even if the battery power was full.
They said the charging pot had the problem. I disagree it! The power was full!
I am keep sending for repair.

Samsung sent me a USED product instead a new one!

i didn't receive my product as i ordered. i ordered a new samsung tab a, but i received a used device, with a defective screen, and with another user's browser history already in!

I wanted the Samsung S5e but it was a little out of my price range so I thought Inwould settle for this one. I don't feel like I settled at all this Tablet is Awesome. I'm not disappointed. Love this thing. It's smooth and runs great. Thank you Samsung my next purchase will probably be the Note 10 plus. It's time to get away from the iPhone.

Extremely practical and easy to carry everywhere. The screen quality is very good and the battery last very long. Not the best to take pictures but since I use my phone for that, I don't mind. Love it!

I bought this tablet a few months ago and love it. Never had any issues with it at all and it runs smoothly. only downside is i wish one of the spearks was on top that way in landscape i could get true stero sound.
