Just don't buy it.

I recently purchased this lock and within ten minutes I was ready to throw it away. Setting your own combination is a nightmare. Use a point object to push down a button while setting a lock combination is so tricky with little room for error. Well, I followed the directions the best I could and now I have a non-functional paper weight. Awful product, do not recommend.

Tricksy little hobbit

Just bought this and tried to set the password but it slipped out of my hand as I tried to turn the numbers while holding the pen. I wish it had a tab to pull afterwards instead of holding a pen. I’m so sad. I lost my precious lock.

Poor design and not recommended

I had the same experience as other comments, the pen slipped when setting the combination and now I do not know the combination

Idiotic Design

Idiotic design. Impossible to hold button down while trying to set lock meaning you have no idea what number you end up with and lock yourself out.

Worst lock ever

This is the worst lock ever, just like the people who had reviewed this, it is the most very difficult lock to change with your own combination. Don't buy this and stay away

After trying to "set" the code, the lock will not let me reinsert the cable and lock the lock. I can not rereset this code. I now can not use the lock.

Slipped out of my hand while trying to set

Picked this up for my teen to use as a locker lock. It slipped out of my hand while setting and now the combo is anyone's guess. Now it's useless.
Horrible design. It used to be there was a tab to pull after setting a combo. Go back to that.

Not acceptable--would like a refund or replacement with a key. This is the second time this has happened during a time when it was needed the most. This product deserves half a start for just being cute.
