This cover has tighting snaps once you get it on and tight you can unclip to easy remove the cover or after if cools down you can toss it back on and just snap the clips to secure it

Instructions were good for putting the griddle together. There was one missprint for a screw size to use when installing the shelf brackets but once the rest was put together the remainder screws were utilized to install the brackets.
