The straps are not long enough to reach each other to connect. Because of this I have had to pick up the cover from the yard multiple times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for reaching out! That definitely doesn't sound normal. The straps from the back left and front left should connect and be able to tighten as needed. Then the right front and back also connect and have the ability to be tightened and loosened. If your cover still isn't working, please send photos of it on your griddle to our team.
