Love the flood beam

I liked the flood beam on the HP8R I took a chance on this bundle.
The pure beam is probably more an aesthetic thing, but really like it. The bull's eye option seems more like older flashlights I have had. Too big and heavy for backpacking like these for car camping or anything where size etc. is not an issue.
The specs / features are different between the two, not as worried about losing this one, leave in car etc.
I like the low power light for longer run time, but high power is a nice option, particularly for far away objects or if there is a general low light in the area that you want to over power (maybe because eyes are not adjusted for completely dark). My condo's garage is really dark and this really light s everything up. Doesn't seem to get hot on high at least not as fast as the HP8R, I don't leave it on high for very long anyway.

Great flashlight

I like the brightness and size very much. The charging is convenient and you don’t have to remove the battery. The only thing I would like is a magnetic tail cap but that is just personal preference.

This flashlite is basically perfect for personal carry, mechanics, shops, hiking, camping. Battery lasts a very long time and is very bright. Just wish it had a magnet on the back end..but very cool. Everyone get one of these
