This flashlight is very bright on high power and easy to set to lower power to conserve battery life

The G60R flashlight from Coast is really an incredible tool. It is very well made of machined aluminum. This makes the light very durable. In fact it is rated as waterproof to 3 feet. The light can be focused to a narrow and a broad beam, making it useful in many situations. To top it all off, it is rechargeable and even comes with its charging cable. It is a very worthwhile purchase and a great addition to my kit.

I bought a G60R about a year ago. Since the first day, it was a great flashlight. Would last me up to a full 10 hr shift at work. I use a flashlight daily on my line of work.
It has been now 11 months since purchase and unfortunately it has now stop working.
I have found that the internal battery is no longer functioning, as you can see the battery is leaking internally where both power cables meet the rechargeable cell.
I would imagine that the LED is still functioning as it never had issues until the battery had issues.
Overall the flashlight is rugged but so far the weakness comes from the internal battery longevity. If I find a replacement battery, I would definitely attempt to replace it.
