After about 4 months of use. I decided to put some fresh batteries in (Duracell) , and the light immediately started heating up, to the point where I was unable to hold it.. I threw it on the ground, as it continued for about another minute .. until the batteries stopped..??? I then contacted the customer service centre and explained the situation,, and was immediately taken care of by a representative, and a new flashlight was shipped out,, free of charge.. I was unaware about the lifetime warranty,, so I will say that was worth the money,, definitely.. so far so good with the replacement. Thanks again Coast ..

With my job in plant and machine maintenance I am in need of a good reliable flashlight. I used a G26 many times a day for a couple years. Used it to the point the switch wore out! After contacting Coast warranty department was sent a replacement light right away. I am very happy with the brightness and reliability of this product and would highly recommend it to anyone for everyday use or as one to keep in a drawer for when needed👍
