Horrible registration ezperience

Product not listed. Registration process absolutely ridiculous. Prompts nonexistent. Never confirmed on web page. Two different registration sites depending on which phone number called. A terrible experience

Not worked for even 15 min

Ordered online and did not use until 2 month and when plug it just worked for 15 min and stopped.

Suddenly stopped working so we claimed it under warranty. Even after 5 months, there is no update from the company yet.
