Horrible registration ezperience

Product not listed. Registration process absolutely ridiculous. Prompts nonexistent. Never confirmed on web page. Two different registration sites depending on which phone number called. A terrible experience

Too Heavy

The glass in this blender is far too heavy. I have trouble lifting it. Can you make a plastic carafe?

Not worked for even 15 min

Ordered online and did not use until 2 month and when plug it just worked for 15 min and stopped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unprofessional and trustworthy.
