While the main body of the cover has lasted and withstood the elements, the handle clearly isn’t up to scratch. In no time after daily sun exposure the hand completely breaks down and becomes brittle and fall apart. Very counter intuitive to have something so flimsy and susceptible to UV rays that it falls apart within a year that is meant to protect your grill and be outside year round. This definitely needs a new material for its handle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Must Have for the Northeast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grilling in the northeast can be rough if you're committed to doing it year round, I've had charcoal grills/covers previously and they always seem to fade and fall apart after a couple of years. I've had this cover for 5 years now and despite the rough weather looks brand new and does a great job protecting my grill.
