Bummed! Plastic Whisk.

I specifically choose products from this brand for their non-toxic materials. So I was VERY bummed when I received this milk frother and found that the whisk is made of plastic - huge fail! I hope this is an easy change, and Green Pan will change the whisk material in the future.

It works well and is solidly priced, however was disappointed to find that there’s a little bit of plastic in the bottom of the frother, and the lid is also plastic. It would be much better if the plastic was removed from any possible contact with water, especially heated water since plastic releases VOC’s when heated. That said, I still use it and like how convenient it is.

Not worth it at all

I bought this for mother’s day and while I read reviews stating that the product stopped working within a month, I thought maybe if I took extra good care of it, it wouldn’t happen to me. However, about a month into using it, it did indeed stop working. A few weeks later I forgot and tried to use it again and to my surprise it worked. But after that one random period of working for a day, it died again instantly. After my experience, it is clear to me that this product dying quickly is not due to user error, and I can’t help but feel that this company is aware that it is a faulty product and yet they are still selling it. I also feel bad that my mom’s present is no longer usable after such a short time. I’m disappointed in Green pan and this product.

Perfect for our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does both hot and cold foam! I personally like both. Comes apart so no worries about the cords. They won't get wet. Not super loud so it won't wake anyone in the morning. Small enough to leave on the counter or put in a cabinet somewhere.
