Following the cooking instructions, I found that this pan was truly the best one I have ever used. Stood out for its full disk bottom. heating very fast. Worked flawlessly.

Great skillet!

I have been using this size of Berghoff skillet to cook eggs and bacon for years. It's my favorite one. I use it every day. This is my fourth one. My husband used it sometimes and unfortunately he will use a sharp knife to cut steaks in the pan. This is a no, no and ruins the skillet. Don't cook on high temperatures and it will last longer than a year. I am back to buy another one! This is the only brand that I have. I love it!
