Sturdy and durable!

My roommate and I have been looking for great brands to buy new kitchenware from, and I think BergHoff just jumped to the top of the list! I love how durable this pan is, and it has the perfect little cut out on the lid to let out steam when covering the pot. This pot can withstand so much, I really love the versatility of it as well!!

Great nonstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy gauged aluminum pan. I noticed a push button on the handle which I did not know it had. You push the button and the handle detaches from the pan to allow you to use in the oven if you are browning your food , or if you want to bake with it. The handle feels very sturdy and comfortable in your hand. The nonstick coating is very slick. I fried some eggs to se how it would do. I put a little oil in the pan , crack two eggs and off we went. They did not stick. As matter of fact , the eggs slid around so easily I had a hard time flipping them over.. I couldn’t get my spat hula under the eggs. I’m Fairly impressed. The durability of the pan is yet to be determined, it’s new. Give me a month or two and I’ll get back to you with an update date.

Great nonstick pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook and I love, love this sauté pan. It will make cooking and cleaning a breeze. I like the look, shape, color and size. It’s like a Dutch oven but not. The nonstick is superior. I sauté shrimp in it and nothing stuff to the pan. It was easy to move the shrimp around and get any bits on the bottom off. I also shallow fry fish in it and again no sticking.
The heat distribution is great. I think it’s awesome it can go from stove top to oven which I did not try but it’s good to know I can if I wanted too. It would be great for corn breads which needs to start in a hit pan and then placed in the oven.
It was easy to wash, I use soap and water but it could simply be wiped clean if I was going to use to cook more things.
The lid is good, it has an area to let steam out. I like the handle is not those glass handles, water and other things usually get stuff under the glass handles.
The silicone pot holders are great. They are fairly easy to slip on and off. It would have been nice to have the pot holders for the cover handle too.
I am happy with this sauté pan

Sleek and Non Toxic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot checks all of my boxes. It has a sleek design, and is also great non-toxic option. The non-stick coating is actually natural based and PFAS free. Additionally, the lid offers great features like a built in strainer and condensation bumps. It cooks food quickly and evenly, and is simple to clean. The size is just right for cooking up a quick one to two person dish. This also makes it easy to store. Very pleased with this pot and it has become by go-to whenever cooking!
