It was very simple to use and it works wonders. It has many features in place to ensure your blending experience goes smoothly; ‘add liquid’ notice, ‘overheating’ notice, etc. Very happy with the product

The first time using this blender I didn't like it and was about to return it. It didn't seem like it was blending well for the first time...but after giving it another chance and playing around with the food plunger and the different levels the next use was perfect! I specifically bought this blender to make my smoothies in the morning.

The capacity is a bit smaller than my previous blender but it runs so well. I love the self clean option. I love all the little design choices that make it so easy to clean.
