The blender is super good. I didn’t expect this much. It won my heart. Anything I can blend or make juice for my kid. My wife really love this product.

Blender Base Came Apart (Defective)

I just purchased this blender and I’ve had it for less than a week and a half. During normal use this morning, the blender base/drive assembly came apart and a screw/part came loose (photo attached). I stopped using it immediately for safety. This appears to be a defective unit. Please advise the quickest warranty resolution and arrange a replacement (or refund).
