Dead pixel already

I have all the safety features turned on, and 2 days ago saw a black pixel. Nothing gets it working, tried all the tricks. Disappointing as this tandem panel was supposed to avoid these issues. Of course no issues with QDOLED panels from Samsung. LG is so far behind.
Also, text is not sharp, grey uniformity is not great, there this weird sparkly quality that the qdoled just doesn't have.

My monitor repeatedly black screens before coming back on, it sometimes makes games unplayable as I will die at random to my monitor shutting off. I would expect more from a $1400 monitor..

Colours are fantastic and brightness was shockingly good for not even just OLED standards. Didn’t have any issues with greys like some people reported. The responsiveness and look of this monitor is top notch
