Drown out your wife's singing with this speaker se

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound system picks up decibels and bass ranges that ive never heard on songs. On the flip side, i dont have to turn down the system everytime my kids yell for mommy. The samsung unit is slim enough that my curious two year doesnt mess with the device and i dont have to continuously fight cords with this system. The reciept upon purchase did NOT make me question my purchase. In fact, im glad i bought this for my family, especially during movie night. The kids have a theater feel in our living room.

C series sound bar and Bluetooth speaker

Thank you for your feedback on the C43C Soundbar. Please know we are here to help and have a few suggestions that may resolve the issues you are experiencing with the Bluetooth losing connection.
If connected via Bluetooth to the TV and the soundbar is dropping out intermittently, there are a few things to check before performing any troubleshooting:
1) The maximum wireless signal transmission distance is about 33 ft. 2) If there is a device that uses the same wireless frequency near the Soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption. 4) Check all the sources on the soundbar. If the audio is dropping while watching TV, it could be an issue with the broadcast. 5) Also, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device. You can find the update on the product page of your C43C on the Samsung website

Please know that some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV or soundbar. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV or soundbar and then try cable connection again.
You can also try using the Voice Enhance Mode optimizes the equalizer to maximize voice clarity.
