Perfect!

Perfect carry on. Constructed very well. First TP product I have purchased. Have a set from another company that is also very good but not like the TP. Love how both sections have full zip covers verses just one side zip and one side just the cross straps. Also love the color, Vintage Gray. Was suggested to me from my younger brother that is a pilot for FedEx. He travels constantly.

One bad wheel, and zipper splitting first use

Pros: bag is light, interior pockets great, rolls nicely when wheels work
Cons: one wheel seems to spin out of control and click every few minutes when walking. First time using it and I can already spot two places that the zipper seems to be splitting.

Zipper installed incorrectly

Zipper in one of the pockets was installed with the pull on the inside. In addition, there was not a pull on that zipper.
Quality control is lacking, not like the Travelpro from years ago.

Best Luggage We've Ever Used

We used these all throughout our trip to Japan and they were amazing. They were able to endure the relatively hard trips that we put them through and did not budge at all. The wheels were able to handle all the weird ground types that we encountered with very little effort and the zippers didn't fail under the large amount of stress we put on them.
