USB c not working

I like the design and the material of the suitcase. However I bought this luggage for the USB functionality. The USB-C port in partial doesn’t work. The USB A port does but I need the USB C port. I tried to put in a warranty claim but the USB not working was not a choice. So I guess I will have to return.

Size complies with new airline requirements for carry-on. The pocket that holds the battery is very convenient allowing you to charge your phone while on the go. The weight is perfect allowing you to handle and maneuver the carry-on easily. Love it and you cannot go wrong with the Travel-Pro brand.

Ordered the wrong size …

I really can’t say. I needed a larger case after all, and had to return it. A carry on wouldn’t work for me in this particular instance.
