Zipper Quality Control not what I expected

Took a first trip with this to Italy and one of the zippers broke off right away, if I hadn't closed it with the zippers all to one side then my luggage would have spilled everywhere. Unacceptable for this price point.

TravelPro is the only way to go for a traveling pro

Great luggage. Everytime I've had an issue, which is rare, the local repair takes care of it for free as a part of the lifetime warranty. That is important for a professional business traveler like myself. I now have 2 of these bags and doubt whether I'll ever buy anything else.
