I just used my new suitcases for the very first time only to discover that two of the zipper pulls were missing from my large suitcases when I arrived at my destination!
This makes it extremely difficult to open and close the suitcase.
Everything else about the suitcases is great but how can I recommend a product whose zippers cannot endure even one trip?

Generally, large luggage tends to be quite heavy. Our bag certainly was. The thing that stands out to me is how easy this luggage is to handle. A child could handle it- if tall enough.
Also, the suiter operated flawlessly- as others have said. Even though we packed six times on our trip- we never had to iron items from the suiter. That matters.
Also, interior pockets are excellent quality and well conceived.
I build high quality things for a living- I highly recommend this luggage. It replaces a Travelpro bag that lasted about 12 yrs.

Since we are traveling more often after retirement, I decided to upgrade our old, dilapidated suitcases. What a difference! We now own four Elite suitcases of different sizes and will be adding a fifth. They glide through the airports and easily pack. Pricy, but a great product.
