Worst Travelpro ever purchased!

I have had this suitcase since late September 2018. I have to had the handle and zipper pulls replaced. Currently have broken zipper pulls. Now the wheels don't want to roll. I have to kick the suitcase in order for it to roll, very frustrating. Now the zipper is starting pull away from the body and the inside buckle is starting to fray. What could possibly happen next? It takes approximately 3 weeks each time I take it in for a repair. I have been a true customer to Travelpro for years and now I'm starting to look at other brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First use was on a long European adventure. I was able to pack a lot into the bag and love the features of the bag. The wheels and the handle are sturdy and superb! The bag rolls easily along so that two bags are easy to push through airports. Bag is sturdy but lightweight. Love at first use!
