Platinum Elite Softside Has Lifetime Warranty (but not the other lines)

Fantastic quality! One of the few brands with a line of product carrying a full lifetime warranty, which is why I bought the bag. I got the Platinum Elite Softside.

I'd bought a set of the Platinum Elite for my wife last year and liked the features which were better than the Maxlite luggage I had. I've been waiting for the 25 inch in the same color as the 21 onch and 29 inch that I purchased. I hope it becomes available before my trip.

They are fantastic
Only one problem , I know you will make it right!
One of my 29 inch bag only has one zipper the bag closed okay and was perfect on our 3 week Europe trip!
It’s my wife could not use the TSA. Lock
Can I return the defect one for a new one
We also bought 2 21 international bags! They made travel so easy!

It was two 29 inch

It was two 29 inch pieces, too large, and I returned them, and was notified that a refund was on it's way. It is over a week and I have not yet the received the refund. Please let me know when i can expect the refund. Thank you for your help with this matter.
