Lovely suitcase but much too big! It arrive and apparently had been opened and removed from the plastic bag, then clumsily sealed back into the box and shipped to me. The product seemed fine. The mishandling, not so much

1st trip, one wheel no long is smooth, rubber out of round. Really? I bought this due to supposed high quality, totally disappointed. Can only hope the warranty is what it claims to be.
