New Carry-On Purchase

I used the carry-on for the first time this week for a 3 day trip. The case was more than enough to fill my clothing/personal needs. It rolls exceptionally well and has a sturdy extended handle. I would be comfortable using this case for a 1 week trip.

This carry-on size spinner is surprising in what you can fit inside. It came off 4 planes without a scratch. The handle latch is strong enough that you can lean on it as you push it.

Quality Not Worth the Price

While this suitcase has nice features, the quality and durability are not what I expected. The shell is thin and flimsy. As an airline pilot I know what it takes for a bag to hold up. This bag was purchased for leisure travel so I hope it will hold up. There’s no way this bag would survive under the rigors of frequent travel.

I'm looking forward to using this suitcase on my flights in 12 days. I had to fight last suitcase's wheels as I pushed it through concourses. This one's wheels seem effortless!

Locking mechanism doesn't hold

I took my first trip with this bag, and decided to check it since the flights were full. On both my outbound and return trip, the locking mechanism didn’t hold the zipper ends and the suitcase came to me on off the carousel unlocked, very disappointing for a supposedly high-end suit case. About to find out how well they stand behind their products.

Lots of pockets and room and with ALL my clothes packed it is surprisingly very light! I love that is it expandable. The handle has different options for height not the basic one or two. The wheels move every which way. Would have given 5 stars but I’ve only used it once so far and with all the pockets I thought I had lost an item only to find it hidden on a pocket the next day 🤣 and the cream color is very classic and sophisticated looking.
