Great maneuverability

The suitcase is absolutely the easiest to maneuver, even with a backpack on top. Not having compression straps will take some getting used two, but I still was able to pack everything I needed for our 6 week trip to Greece and Italy. I am slightly disappointed in the finish. The red color has a rough texture (similar to a super fine grade sandpaper). Its first flight was as a checked bag; and it definitely shows it.

Quality not as hoped

The quality of the Platinum® Elite Carry-On Hardside Spinner wasn’t as good as I expected. I could push the sides in with just 1 finger and the expansion zipper kept getting stuck when I opened & closed it. I ended up returning it since I feel like I can find less expensive luggage with the same or better quality.

Classy looking piece of lightweight luggage that just endured a trip to the Paris Olympics. Expanded well to include all my purchases. Love the exceptional mobility and handling on every kind of terrain. Easily fit in the United overhead bins. Just purchased another size to compliment it.
