It's great BUT

I love the case. However, I don't feel like it holds as many clothes as my previous soft sided Travelpro. Maybe I'm just getting used to it. But, it has two shallow sides, instead of one deep one. And, I think I still miss that outer pocket.

My son who is a captain with united recommended your luggage and i have a similar size soft side bag which it has been a excellent and still no wear marks. I just wanted a hard case. Thanks for a great product

I made the right choice for our luggage!

We purchased the Platinum Elite collection for our family of five. We just used them for the first time on our vacation and now know that I made the right choice in luggage. I love the zippered compartments and the ability to extend the suitcase. It rolled so smoothly on hard and soft flooring and held up great even for our checked bags. Scratches are not very noticeable because of the matte finish. I also love the fact that the carryon can be stored inside the medium checked.
