I really love this bag.

I really love this bag. I was surprised, however, to have a problem adjusting the height of the handle as it seemed to be stuck halfway between being recessed in the bag and being full height. I had to struggle with it for several minutes to get the handle to move. Any advice?

Well built but handle will not extend fully when packed. This seems to be a common problem in the reviews I now see. Extreemly aggravating considering the price.

The best suitcases I’ve ever had. Easy to maneuver and look and feel like quality. I love all the extra places to pack things.

Rolls easily and smoothly but handle gets stuck and is difficult to raise to full height.

We don’t travel often but wanted the best carry-on available and thus was it. Well done.

The color isn't as red

The color isn't as red as I thought from the website. It is more raspberry than red - especially on the inside materials and the handle. It is a unisex color but I was a bit unsure upon receipt being that I am a male.

Light, Durable, Well-designed

Well constructed and effortless to roll through the airport due to light weight and excellent wheels. The interior organization is designed thoughtfully, making packing (and unpacking) simple and efficient.
