Haven't used it yet. Gave 4 stars for the look & feel of it, it's lightweight & seems easy to use. However, it came with an awful odor inside. Have been airing it out for 3 weeks now. Although faint, it still has an odor.
Hard to rate it for sure, until I actually use it.

Everything was great about this except that the color is not quite as pictured and it isn’t gonna work for us. I’m going to send this back and get one of the hard case carry-ons though I had actually wanted a soft case carry-on the colors don’t work for me.

It's too heavy and hard for me to lift it up to put in the overhead bin. I had to really limit what I put in it. It's a great bag otherwise. Very well made. But I will likely be returning it.
