This on is for my wife. I have the same one, it’s five years old. Mine is still like new! Well made, the wheels are the best ever. The effortlessly spin 360 degrees!

Had to return because bag was too large for my carry-on needs. It's listed at 21 inches but is actually 23.5.

wobbly wheel action

i would like to like this piece of luggage. However, when pushing it (not pulling from behind), it wobbles. Difficult to navigate. Please let me know why this is happening and how to fix it. Or, I'd like to return it for a piece of luggage that lives up to its marketing message.
