I was hoping for great as I researched for hours, hoping to find the best luggage for my friends to purchase for me as a birthday gift. However, I just traveled with the medium sized one and after one trip the luggage is filthy, and some of the thread is unraveling near the zipper. have photos to document this too. As a travel advisor, I need dependable, rugged suitcases.

I own a TravelPro Bold Carry-on which I love. My husband "borrows" it regularly so I bought him the Platinum Elite Carry-on for hs birthday based on a Wirecutter review. He loves it. A wonderfully durable piece of luggage.

Like the color and size. Ordered the carry bag which fits over the handle. Nice feature. Had an old model that did not have the spin wheel but this one is so much easier to maneuver.
