Excellent carry-on

I love how this carry-on performed in two recent trips. Two things stand out: 1. The wheels glided smoothly on all kinds of floor surfaces. 2. The wide straps holding in the clothes are the best design I’ve seen and help prevent wrinkles.

Easy to roll--poor organization

I got this to replace my Travelpro rollerboard, which was so old I can't remember when I got it. This one is smaller, which I knew, but made a bigger difference than I expected when I started to pack. Only the bottom expands, which doesn't give much added room. But it is really, really easy to roll, which is why I went with the spinner rather than the rollerboard. I haven't traveled with it on a plane, so I don't know how it will be to put into the overhead compartments. But I expect it will be easier to roll down the aisle. I miss having the straps the click across my clothes--it's weird how they try to incorporate storage into the structures that click across the clothes, barely reaching across the clothes. And those storage parts are pointless, as are the side pockets. I miss the pockets in the top--now there is just one big area where everything gets jumbled together.

Well thought out, especially with regard to keeping shirts and jackets unwrinkled. Was able to comfortably pack for a five day business trip to Europe with a single carry-on bag.

I bought it to match my 29” luggage piece with the TSA locks. I assumed all the platinum elite pieces would have the TSA locks, but the 21” piece does not. Disappointed.

The wheels are so smooth and the bag holds a lot more than it seems like it should. Was able to pack both mine and my husband’s clothes for a three day visit to Boston including separate workout west.

This carry on is a great balance of exterior size and interior capacity. It fits easily in overhead bins. It has better interior capacity compared to the Platinum Elite Carry on Expandable Hardside spinner (which I returned due to such minimal capacity). The wheels roll like marbles on smooth concrete. I have not tried the suiter bag that is included.
