Travelpro® Platinum® Elite 21” Expandable zipper pull

I have used the bag once. This was for a twelve-day trip. I like the bag very much - feel that it is well designed, maximizing the space and making it easy to use. Like the mesh zipped pockets on the "tie-downs" (perfect for small items), the zippered plastic case, etc. Lots of thoughtful pluses to make packing (and finding things you packed!) easier. Also, easy access external pockets.
Wheels are the best I've had on any suitcase, greatly improve maneuverability. Thank you!
WHY ONLY 4 STARS??? Because one of the zipper pulls broke on the very first day of my trip. This is on the main zipper to open the large compartments on the case. Photo attached. See damage on top right pull. I checked the bag, and when I picked it up at baggage claim the pull was broken off right at the angle at the bottom of the Travelpro logo.
This is one part of the bag that needs to be strong and in good working order!!! So I'm giving you a big thumbs down for this flaw.

A+ maiden voyage

This spinner arrived just in time for a 7-day trip to Florida. It performed very well and up to my expectations. I appreciated the thoughtful design and the low-friction magnetically aligned wheels worked like a charm. Still in like-new condition after one trip, but can't really address durability yet.

New luggage

We love the luggage, high quality. It would be nice to be able to contact company via phone if necessary. One of the zippers stuck a little at first, but after one trip it worked itself out and wasn't a problem.

Very stylish, and functional. Light weight with plenty of space. The front has 2 pockets great for personal papers like passports and vaccination cards. Has a side pocket for a battery. And a plug in the back for charging.

Great bag all the way around

I travel for work almost weekly and had the same roller bag for 10+ years. When time to buy a new one it appeared that TravelPro was the best quality and value for money and in the 4 trips I've done since purchasing it has been great. MOves better than any bag I've had and so far it is well worth the money over a similar Samsonite (or simlar) bag. Get one!.

No Lost Luggage!

I decided to travel with carry on only luggage for our vacation to the UK. I am happy I did so, as our friends who checked baggage were without theirs for 2 days while the airline was looking for them.
The 21” carry on is well organized and I was able to fit enough clothes and toiletries for 3 weeks (with plans to laundry twice).
